SIGN is the M&T lab for research on conceptual innovation which studies and anticipates trends that steer purchasing of consumer goods. SIGN services are CambiaMente (rethinking market form consumer point of view), Shopping Map (shopping trends observatory), Shopping Experience© (quali-quantitative research methodology for analyzing shopper behaviour and customer journey) RE.D is the internal team of M&T specialized in retail design, in store communication, packaging. RE.D realizes projects dealing with category repositioning, brand image strategies, ATL and BTL communication and visual merchandising. RED designs interventions with an innovative impact on urban areas that combine commercial components with service and residential ones, preserving and highlighting the historical value of the areas. 4F is the internal team of M&T specialized in the field of food that covers new alimentary products concept, repositioning of existing ones, brand image and packaging, art&food design and retail design for food industry. 4F grows up from the need of innovating food products in terms of concept and design always respecting memories and tradizione: it investigates food product as an experience from different points of view such as shape, space, multisensoriality and the location in which the product is dipped into.
