With a history of more than 80 years, this bakery family tradition in a small town in the North of Spain, decided to expand its offer to become a point of sale for bread, pastries and coffee.

The ease of access, with a large parking lot, allows the constant coming and going of the public and the use of a large terrace that has been adorned with luminous garlands

Inside, the local design team thought of giving it a "retro" look without falling into the usual "vintage" style so fashionable, since what had to be enhanced was the authentic traditional value that the brand transmits since 1930.

 Various photographs of the premises and the building illustrating its long history have been placed.

Ceramic materials were used for the floors and walls and a bar and counter was designed in dyed wood adapted to the needs of sale and exhibition of products, as well as a cafeteria with a marked minimalist accent that also allows extensions and modifications according to the needs from the point of sale.

To support sales, special emphasis has been given to lighting to enhance the presence of bakery products, with the placement of adjustable spotlights with special filters on the counter and display units and on the bar, 3 different Torremato lamps colors that reaffirm that "retro" look adapted to the history of the company, without falling into the clichés

 

The business model has been a success in the short time it has been in operation and new studies are already underway to expand the terrace and offer a pizzeria service.

 

BAKERY

For the design of the facade, they have placed, in the traditional way of Cantabria, pieces of wood that runs horizontally and vertically, between the painted walls, to adapt to the rest of buildings in the environment and has given great prominence to the sign with the name of the bakery.
