Entering the space, the long perspective view thru the entire depth of the space, is underlined through a new constructed diagonal wall and furniture line, which connects the front window with the back window. A natural light axis. 

This line divides the space into two areas. One official side for the customer and the products and one more private area for the internal functions as counter, office room, rest room and treatment cabin.    

By the diagonal axis AAS introduces yellow coloured mirrors which are reflecting the daylight at front and back area and creating in the middle of the space yellow corner situations. Coloured sequences of yellow vertical stripes are placed on the diagonal axis thru the entire space.   

The yellow mirrors are extending the space longitudinal in dialog with the outside and nature while another layer of rose mirrors as horizontal bars extending the space on eye level.                                                                     

The coloured inserts are part of the spatial concept and the architectural plan. Just by their materiality space borders are dematerialized and fluently disappearing.       

The colour code is defined by their functions. Yellow relates to the natural light while the rose tone relates to the human skin, the products usage. Every furniture element which is freestanding in the space is lacquered in a poppy green. The floor is a set back black monochrome background for the floating furniture and colour codes.                                                   

Another spatial element which is introduced to the design is the circle element. The owner of the shop, Melanie dal Canton, has a background education from Rudolf Steiner and she chooses her products in relation to his thinking. 

AAS works with fluent forms like the circle playfully thru the space in different scales, materials and colours given by its materiality.

The circle element can be find at the cash desk as a black cut out or at presentation desk in form of a yellow and rose tinted 1 meter large glass overlapping in orange . Or at the ceiling in twenty-four stainless steel polished light shades as big reflectors to blind out the ceiling. The space is a gallery for the goods.
